椰殼活性炭
外觀：黑色顆粒狀
性能：產(chǎn)品選用優(yōu)質(zhì)椰子殼為原料，具有比表面積大，強度高，吸附性能高等優(yōu)點，產(chǎn)品規(guī)格齊全，有不規(guī)則破碎和小顆粒等幾個大類。
用途：目前椰子殼活性炭是用于飲用水的凈化、除氯、除藻、吸氧、催化載體方面效果較好的一種活性炭，可用于凈水器、慮芯填充物等凈水設備；可用于碳漿法，堆浸法和黃金提取以及冶金工業(yè)中貴金屬的分離和提取，也可用于水質(zhì)凈化。
注意事項：1、活性炭在運輸過程中，防止與堅硬物質(zhì)混狀，不可踩、踏，以防炭粒破碎，影響質(zhì)量。2、儲存 應儲存于多孔型吸附劑，所以在運輸儲存和使用過程中，都要防止水浸，因水浸后，大量水充滿活性空隙，使其失去作用。3、防止焦油類物質(zhì) 在使用過程中，應禁止焦油類物質(zhì)帶入活性炭床，以免堵塞活性炭空隙，使其失去吸附作用。有除焦設備凈化氣體。4、防火 活性炭在儲存或運輸時，防止與火源直接接觸，以防著火、活性炭再生時避免進氧并再生徹底，再生后必須用蒸汽冷卻降至80℃以下，否則溫度高，遇氧，活性炭自燃。

活性炭概術
活性炭孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)達，比表面積大( 高達2000m2/g以上)，吸附能力強的炭。是以煤、木材、果殼、椰殼等原料，經(jīng)過炭化→冷卻→活化→洗滌等一系列工序研制而成。按外觀形狀可分為粉狀活性炭、顆?；钚蕴?、柱狀活性炭、蜂窩狀、異性等活性炭。
活性炭分類
椰殼活性炭
選用優(yōu)質(zhì)椰子殼為原料，黑色顆粒狀，具有比表面積大，強度高，吸附性能高等優(yōu)點，產(chǎn)品規(guī)格齊全，有不規(guī)則破碎和小顆粒等幾個大類。
果殼活性炭
選用優(yōu)質(zhì)杏殼、桃殼、核桃殼等果殼為原料，采用炭化、活化、過熱蒸氣崔化等工藝精制而成，外觀為黑色不定型顆粒，經(jīng)系列生產(chǎn)工藝加工而成的一種活性炭。具有耐磨強度好、空隙發(fā)達、吸附性能高、強度高、易再生、經(jīng)濟耐用等優(yōu)點。
煤質(zhì)顆粒（柱狀）活性炭
以優(yōu)質(zhì)無煙煤為原料，采用工藝精制加工而成，外觀呈黑色顆粒狀，具有耐磨強度好，比表面積大，吸附能力強，易再生等優(yōu)點。
煤質(zhì)柱狀活性炭選用優(yōu)質(zhì)無煙煤為原料，采用工藝精制加工而成，外觀呈黑色圓柱狀顆粒；具有合理的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)，良好的吸附性能，機械強度高，易反復再生，造價低等特點。
粉狀活性炭
嚴格篩選高品質(zhì)的木質(zhì)為原料（也可選果殼、椰殼、煤），采用水蒸氣法賦活。產(chǎn)品為黑色細微粉末狀，具有吸附容量大、吸附迅速的顯著特點。
蜂窩狀活性炭
采用優(yōu)質(zhì)粉狀活性炭及粘合劑、催化劑等經(jīng)粉碎、混合、成型、干燥、碳化、活化而制成。呈黑色方形或矩形體，具有較大的比表面積和空隙機構(gòu)，透氣性極好，脫硫性能好，應用阻力小，氣流分布均勻等優(yōu)點。
